Looking for an easy-to-build patio project?

For most of our clients, planning the construction of a patio is an intimidating project. That is why we have identified the most commonly requested patio formats by our clients and calculated the necessary materials to help you forget nothing, including the number of boards, steps, risers, fascias, and required hardware.

When submitting your quote request, you can choose one of the patio formats below. Please note that we do not provide patio plans. These patio formats are for reference purposes only, to inspire you and help you with your project.

Multi-level patio plans

We've designed three multi-level patio models for you.

Use them as inspiration to create your own outdoor living space, or build them exactly as shown. The choice is yours!

This two-level patio plan with a privacy wall includes everything you need to complete the finishing phase of your project:

  • The required quantity of 100% recycled plastic decking boards
  • Fascia boards to finish the perimeter of the patio
  • Boards for the planter box
  • Steps and risers
  • Boards for the privacy screen
  • Screws, waterproof membrane, finishing plugs, and J-trim mouldings (where required)

Patio Dimensions:

  • Upper Level : 8' x 12' (Approximately 3' 9 1/4" above ground level)
  • Lower Level : 8' 16" x 18' 6" (Approximately 1' 9 1/4" above ground level)
  • Corner Steps : 2 corner steps beside the planter box: 6' 5/8" long x 10 5/8" deep x 1.5" thick . 2 additional corner steps: 7' 11 1/2" long x 10 5/8" deep x 1.5" thick
  • 2 steps measuring 8' wide (from the lower level to the ground)
  • Privacy Wall : Horizontal boards: 4' long. Overall height: 5' 6". Decorative slatted panels: 2' 10 3/4"
  • Planter Box : Approximately 9' 8" long x 3' wide x 6 3/4" high

Important : This patio plan does not include the materials required to build the pressure-treated wood substructure or the railings. If you would like to add railings to your project, please let us know in your quote request form.

This two-level patio plan with access to an above-ground pool includes everything you need to complete the finishing phase of your project:

  • The required quantity of 100% recycled plastic decking boards
  • Fascia boards to finish the perimeter of the patio
  • Steps and risers
  • Privacy lattice panels
  • Screws, waterproof membrane, finishing plugs, and J-trim mouldings (where required)

Patio Dimensions:

  • Patio Door Level : 12' x 16' (Approximately 3' 11 1/4" above ground level)
  • Lounge Area Level : 10' x 12'
  • Pool Level : 12' x 12' (Approximately 4' 7 3/4" above ground level)
  • One large 12' angled step (from the lounge area to ground level)
  • Three 4' steps on metal stringers (from the patio door level to the lounge area)
  • Five steps measuring 8' long x 10 5/8" deep x 1.5" thick, with risers 6.5" high (from the patio door level to ground level)
  • Patio Skirting and Lattice : All under-deck skirting is made with 8' boards. Lattices included to enclose the underside of the pool level. Lattice openings measure approximately 3' 3 3/4" x 2' and 2' 11"

Important : This patio plan does not include the materials required to build the pressure-treated wood substructure or the railings. If you would like to add railings to your project, please indicate this in your quote request form.

This two-level patio plan includes everything you need to complete the finishing phase of your project:

  • The required quantity of 100% recycled plastic decking boards
  • Decking boards and fascia boards to finish the perimeter of the patio
  • Boards for the planter box

  • Lower Level : 10' x 16' (Approximately 8" above ground level)
  • Steps : Four steps measuring 8' long x 10 5/8" deep x 1.5" thick, with risers 6.5" high
  • Lattice Skirting : 8' boards used to frame the black lattice panels enclosing the underside of the upper level (Lattice openings measure 3' 9 5/8" wide x 2' 7 3/4" high)
  • Fascia boards included to finish the perimeter of the lower level
